Almost non functional, basically a web page. A ripoff at $1.99!! Come on guys, please fix this!

The website itself is enough to drive me batty but this app is so much worse! I save after adding everything because it constantly just goes blank but then when I sign back in the last saved items are gone! Ugh I can add about 1 thing before it blanks out to a white screen its just a horrible app.

This app is absolutely horrible. Its hard to use. Its freezes up. Cant search for oils in the essential rewards. Ugh, frustrating. Absolutely hate it. Complete waste of money!

Such a disappointment. Ive had this app for 6 months hoping it would improve and it hasnt.

This app isnt from YL, its from Life Science Publishers. Yall need to chill out with your mean reviews. I use it to read the descriptions of oils and products and copy or email it to others as a quick reference. Its certainly not like YLs old app "My Young Living" but it does what I want it to do for now, which is quick and convenient when I dont want to search the product on the actual YL website. It could definitely use a makeover, though.

YL app is terrible. I was hoping I could order from it and read about the oils. Get pricing but it is not user friendly.

For a great company This app is super dissapointing. My $2 back would be welcomed.

Please update the app so we can actually access the virtual office since you wanted us to migrate to the new one. It would also be nice if it was a legit app instead of glorified web access since youre charging for it.

This app would be very helpful with a minor facelift. Id love it if the Virtual Office feature kept you signed in instead of signing in each time.

Please add pricing to the oils!! As I am looking through the products I like to keep price in mind!!

Im unable to add my distributor number. I even deleted the app and downloaded it again. It would be nice to use the link functionality.

App is not up to date esp on new products. Price not shown on products though description helpful. Only useful is virtual office for me.

Between the two apps I purchased Id like my money back.

There are more things about this app that I like than I dislike. I love having my VO so easily accessible, the layout is great, its easy to navigate, ordering is simple, and I love being able to track my packages within the app. The one problem I have been experiencing is with sign in. I have to input my information twice, sometimes three times, just to get into my VO. I also find it unnecessary to select the "new virtual office" button when the other option is obsolete. I think it could probably use an update. Other than those two things it is the perfect application for any YL oiler!
